In less than 18 days we’ll officially be in fall
But that doesn’t mean we have to leave summer behind
We can’t go back to June 21
But we can remember summer, if you’re so inclined
Bonfires on the beach and roasting smores
Eating ice cream on a cone
Spontaneous road trips and outdoor movies
For a minute we put down our phones
Living in your swimsuit on the weekend
Pools, beaches, lakes or shores
Watermelon slices and BBQs
Red, white and blue everything in stores
Longer days and shorter nights
Dreams of what can be
Summer may be coming to an end
But I’m keeping that summer feelin’ with me
